Nyetimber, the world-renowned English sparkling wine producer, opens its estate to the public just a handful of times a year and Amberley Castle has teamed up with our friends down the road to create an exclusive experience and overnight stay.
Arrive at the castle before luxury transport takes you to Nyetimber's vineyard for a one-of-a-kind tour as the grapes start to ripen for harvest, exploring its rich history and the methods used to craft their cuvees. You'll be brought back to Amberley Castle where the evening begins with a Nyetimber and canapé reception followed by a five-course tasting menu, specially created to match the Nyetimber wine flight which will be presented by an expert from the vineyard. An overnight stay in one of our luxurious guest rooms, breakfast the following morning and a special gift to take home completes the occasion.
