Exclusive Use
Amberley Castle is available for Exclusive Hire giving you and your guest’s total privacy in which to enjoy your event.
With Exclusive Hire Amberley Castle is able to cater for up to 56 guests in the Queens Room restaurant, with the option of having a marquee in the grounds for up to 250. We have three rooms licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships and we can seat up to 56 guests in one room or 100 guests split over two rooms.
Exclusive hire of Amberley Castle includes all accommodation on a bed and full English breakfast basis for up to 38 guests staying with us. The castle is available from 3pm on the day of your wedding to 11.00am the following day. We also believe that every wedding is unique, so we prefer to discuss individual requirements and tailor the day to suit your needs. Sunday – Friday: £10,000.00 (excluding Christmas and New Year)
Saturday: £15,000.00
January – February
Sunday – Friday: £8,000.00
Saturday: £10,000.00
For more intimate weddings, we can offer the private use of individual function rooms between 11am and 5pm. We only offer this between a Monday and Thursday.
Great Room £1500.00 (Maximum 40 guests)
King Charles Room £500.00 (Maximum 12 guests)
Tree House £500.00 (Maximum 4 guests)
Please note that all prices include VAT at current rate and are subject to change without prior notice. Our terms and conditions should be strictly adhered to. We do on occasion have late availability for Exclusive Use, so please do check with the Events Team for pricing.
