Kyle is originally from the West Country and after studying History & Business Management at Exeter University, accepted a post in the restaurant Team at Lewtrenchard Manor Devon. At Lewtrenchard, Kyle was instrumental in launching the Chefs table “The Purple Carrot” a unique dining experience, and the only chefs table in the southwest outside of London, Kyle was also involved in launching the Manor’s diary of events of which his history tour and Park and estate walks are still going today.
As of 2010 Kyle went to work for Royal Caribbean international cruise lines, his home port being San Pedro Los Angeles California, touring the Mexican Riveria. Kyle’s Chief Roles were that of Host and Junior Head Waiter. Working on a cruise-liner was an amazing and challenging experience which taught Kyle to go above and beyond, while working with a dynamic and international team.
In the spring of 2011 Kyle was Restaurant Manager at our sister hotel Lower Slaughter Manor in the Cotswolds quickly moving to the challenging yet rewarding role of Assistant Manager. As of April 2012 Kyle transferred to Amberley Castle.
Kyle is greatly looking forward to working with the close and well established team at Amberley Castle and together delivering upon and exceeding guest expectations .
