Philippe Diez
Philippe is now on his second stint at Amberley Castle, he started right at the beginning as restaurant manger and then decided to work in the wine trade for some years gaining a wealth of experience before returning to Amberley in 2006 as restaurant manager and progressing to operations manager and then deputy manager. He works tirelessly at the front of house, always looking after every guests needs.
